Acceptance

By downloading or using Cull, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Pomelo Studios grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to useCull on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your responsibility for your photos

When you cull a photo, Cull stages it to the iOS Recently Deleted album through the standard PhotoKit deletion flow, where Apple keeps it for about 30 days before it is permanently removed. You are responsible for the choices you make in the app. We strongly recommend keeping a backup (for example iCloud Photos) before bulk culling. Pomelo Studiosis not liable for photos you delete.

No warranty

Cull is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomelo Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or photos.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Cullwill be subject to the courts located in Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
